任务说明：在Websoft9平台–我的应用–应用详情 页，增加一个 应用状态监控 的Tab，用来查看当前应用的状态

任务：

• 应用状态监控
  http应用状态查询，列如Wordpress，实现逻辑：脚本、组件、插件？具体过程
  状态定义：正常 、停止等
  查询周期：60S？
  状态数据保存及周期：文件或SQLLITE？
  数据保存周期：7天？

  应用状态监控图，参考 UptimeKuma
